When I graduated from college, the word was empathy. Inclusion in the workplace appears to have been what spawned as a result.
I can imagine what will happen next. Diversity will be infinitely valued and even more opportunities for collaboration and creativity will emerge.
To me it means ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and valued equally, regardless of color, race, ethnicity, sex, title, gender or political affiliation.
